Limited warranty notice
The KoolicaneTM is free from manufacturer’s defects and will be repaired or replaced if defective for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. Normal wear and tear is not covered, nor are damages incurred from use. Refunds may be given if the KoolicaneTM headpiece only has the KoolicaneTM logo AND has not been used (as indicated by the intact KoolicaneTM seal). If this seal is broken, then the KoolicaneTM cannot be returned for a refund. If the unit is shown to be defective after the seal is broken and within the 90 day warranty period, the Martaca EnterprisesTM will repair or replace the KoolicaneTM There are no refunds given for KoolicaneTM units that bear consumer requested logos, names, titles, slogans, or other marks.

The KoolicaneTM is not intended to be a life saving device. Before beginning any exercise program, consult with your docotor to ensure your safety. Do not exert yourself beyond your normal means while using the KoolicaneTM and immediately stop activity if you feel dizzy, nauseated or otherwise unwell. Use caution while in a hot humid environment; if it is too hot to exercise without the KoolicaneTM than avoid your exercise session or move to a cooler, less humid environment, The KoolicaneTM is not intended to prevent or treat heat related illness which may or may not culminate in death, depending on the severity of the heat illness. If you have metal allergies, then use extreme caution while using the KoolicaneTM and look for signs of an allergic reaction. If signs appear, then discontinue use of the KoolicaneTM.
